Hydraulic Deep Drawing Presses

Hydraulic Deep Drawing Presses are typically equipped with a Blankholder System, a counter acting cushion in press bolster, on request alternatively or additionally installed in press ram.

These presses allow the installation of many different accessories from our programm to make a multilateral and precise control of the forming process.

Our partners\’ standard program contains Deep Drawing Presses upto 2.500 Tons pressforce and 4.000 x 2.500 mm table size; custom sizes possible. 

Mechanical Presses – C-Frame

Mechanical Presses are mainly used for sheet metal cutting and low depth deep drawing operations.

It is very widely used for its speed and durability in cutting operations.

Depth of drawing can be increased along with the nominal press force and stroke. The trade-off here depends on the production volume and value added by the number of parts produced per time unit.

Embossing Presses

Embossing Presses are mainly used for the precision forming of solid material by applying high force on a concentrated part area, sometimes under high temperature as well, for the part to take on the die shape and preserve it after the relieving of the pressure.

Embossing presses are mainly made to order according to customer specifications.
